Returns and Exchange Policy

We are absolutely sure you will love your purchases from B N B L I V I N G Home. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied, exchanges (subject to availability of product of same specifications and price range) may be made within 2 days of purchase. 

Products returned for exchange must be in brand new, resellable condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original package with all paperwork. If delivery charges applied for initial purchase, it would also apply on the exchanged order. Contact us by e-mail at customercare@mybnbliving.com prior to returning items.

Returns for refunds are not entertained. Special order products may not be returned or exchanged.

In the event that your order arrives in a faulty or damaged condition (including bespoke orders), please contact us within 48 hours by email or phone. We will ask you to email us a photograph of the damage, including the packaging if possible. Please note that without the correct information and images we will not be able to investigate the issue.

B N B L I V I N G Home is happy to arrange the collection of any damaged or faulty goods. Once we have received the returned item, it will be inspected and a repair or replacement will be arranged where possible. Please note that failure to notify us within 48 hours of receiving a faulty or damaged product could mean we have to charge for a replacement.
